After 45 minutes in the oven uncovered, the stew still had a lot of liquid that made the stew very runny. Maybe the couscous will absorb much of the liquid and maybe one can of chick pea liquid is enough. Could use larger quantity of spices as it tasted fairly bland. Needs doctoring.
