I just made this tonight for the first time. I got home late and needed something quick and easy. I already had all the ingredients, so I figured “why not?” It was DELICIOUS! The only addition was that I added parmesan cheese over everything right before the ‘broiling’ suggestion. Broiled 5 minutes and it was perfect. Kudos, and thank you for a new addition to my fish rotation.
