I made this recipe a while ago, last year. I made it again tonight. I love the change in the recipe where you sear the fish. It turned out so much better. It really is delicious

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! INCREDIBLE! I followed recipe verbatim with the exception of grating about 10 -yes TEN cloves of garlic for the lemon sauce. I used a bit of fine sea salt in the lemon sauce to give it even more pop of flavor. I used my 12″ black cast iron and it seared the cod to perfection as well as oven baking it according to instructions. I did cover for about 7 minutes and finished it uncovered. I also used an infused EVOO that added more complexity to the flavors. Thank You SO MUCH for sharing this!
