I’m so sorry, Gary! Typically when the falafel falls apart, it means the oil temp got a bit too hot. I hope you do try it again, but, before you do, read through the post again, and the comments here. There are lots of tips and tricks mentioned to help keep those patties together when assembling and frying them.
