This is a great recipe if you have a bunch of folks over for dinner. We had a house full of staying with us for Christmas. Baked Ziti was an easy dinner before the troops headed home. I followed the recipe except for the zucchini (I forgot to buy them) so I added carrots. Requests for seconds was a good sign this was a hit. I made it in the AM; removed it from the frig about 30 minutes before baking. Baked as directed.

This is one of my family’s favorite dishes. I’ve made it more times than I can count. So light and flavorful, tender with a nice crust.
